My name is John Kirchner and I have been disabled since the age of 17. I was in a car accident that left me paralyzed from the neck down. Because of my disability, I have had extensive first hand experience in my day-to-day life for many years. Orchestrating a team of nurses, companions, respite workers and personal care assistants has been my full time job for over a decade; a job I had to do out of neccesity. I feel that I have a personal understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities, whether it is a short or long term and look forward to providing you with valuable, caring individuals to comfort you in your time of need....
