Chore/Homemaker Services
Provided to maintain the individual's home and property as clean, sanitary and safe living space.
Companion Services
Consist of non-medical care, supervision and socialization activities provided out in the community.
In-home Support Services
Provide an individual living in a supported living situation with 24 hr. assistance. The support worker provides companionship and personal care.
Non-residential
Individualized training activities provided in integrated, non-residential settings out in the community.
Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
Assists an individual with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and the activities of daily living.
Respite Care
Provides supportive care and supervision to an individual when the primary caregiver is unable to perform these duties.
Supported Living Services (SLC)
Provide training and assistance in a variety of activities to support consumers who live in there own home.
Supported Employment Services
Provide training assistance in a variety of activities to support individuals in sustaining paid employment. These services are personalized to meet the needs of the individual. In addition all of the staff is CPR certified and trained in Aids Infection Control. Each staff member has been fully screened to insure the highest standard of service.
